We ship worldwide from our Mumbai office via Blue Dart or DHL. Shipping in India is free, for other countries shipping charges will be specified on checkout. This will be calculated on the weight of each product. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from our courier partner, as applicable in your country. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.padmaja.shop cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
Shipping time : On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 14 - 21 days. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker. However some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your requirement, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us at info@padmaja.shop. Please note shipping time indicates time when the product is dispatched from our office. Delivery may take a few extra days, as per the courier service.
Multiple products : If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
Shipment : After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
Order delays : We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard
Some items will not be eligible for Returns or Exchange as they are a limited edition. We will specify this clearly in the details that accompany that particular product.
