EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Padmaja, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

Manufacturing fault : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Padmaja, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.

Incorrect size : We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and dosen’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at info@padmaja.shop. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Rules for return :The item(s) must be in an absolute unused and undamaged condition accompanied by the original tags and protective packaging, failing which, we will not be able to process your exchange or return request. If the returned item does not reach us within 5 days of initiation of the return/exchange process, we will not be able to accept or refund you for your returned piece.

We will ship your exchange item(s) within 7 working days of our receipt of your returned item. The shipping charges for the exchange item will have to be borne by you. If the value of the exchange item is less than the returned item, we will deduct the exchange shipping fee and the value of the exchange item(s) and refund the balance to you. If the value of the exchange item(s) you have requested exceeds the value of the returned item(s), you will be requested to make a bank transfer for the same.

There will be no further exchange or return on an exchanged item(s).

Some items will not be eligible for Returns or Exchange as they are a limited edition. We will specify this clearly in the details that accompany that particular product.

Returning items by post or courier
If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at info@padmaja.shop in with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s) and please fill in the form here: Return and Exchange form

Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. Padmaja cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
